Also regarding your original take, I wholeheartedly agree! This manhwa really does well on showing how sexual abuse affects a person's mindset and I don't think it romanticizes it at all.
Rather, the narrative is a bit screwed because we're coming from the MC's narration, who is a victim that *tries* to romanticize the sexual abuse he goes through in order to cope, which some readers tend to misunderstand.

I love this series and I'm truly sad it's no longer being published. This story is funny, sad, tragic, and interesting all at the same time, not to mention the amazing art style. However, what captivated me most was the tragedy of the story and its dark side, hidden under the guise of comedy and jokes. I don't think I could ever find such a good story with such a beautiful art styl. simply a beautiful, funny and tragic stor. I love it.
Edit:I personally think that the sexual abuse shown in the series perfectly highlights the dark side of the series and shows that it is not just an empty comedy without deeper themes. And I hope that people reading this have more than one brain cell and can understand that the behavior in this mahwa is toxic!!! and should not be romanticized.
