Yup! Corvids, which are magpies, crows, and ravens, can not only speak, but are the most intelligent birds on our planet. I made a whole other comment in response to a user named Jay under their comment. I think you should be able to read it by just going to my profile and looking at activity? Too long to rewrite, cause I am tired.

Tldr, corvids are literally classified as being in their stone age, can use and make tools, understand the concept of give and take, have shown the ability to not only understand long term benefits to current actions, but also follow through with plans, via them literally training and befriending wolf pups, to help them find prey, which then benefits themselves in acquiring food, and have the ability to engage in complex co-operation, which we have actually observed and recorded, via a female magpie using vocalzations we had never recorded before, which resulted in her and the two males she was communicating with, to attack and kill another female magpie. Meaning, the first female literally orcastrated a hit on the other female crow.
