The bar is in hell, that being said at least he did have amnesia for awhile and it wasn't a completely fake manipulation. Him playing along and taking advantage of the situation after he got his memories back is still gross. Also, I hate that Rin didn't confess but was mad that Shou got a girlfriend and took his anger out on him. Poor Shou isn't a mind reader and was left wondering wtf happened.
There's also always the narrative that the crush should realize their friend likes them and that bugs me. It will always be set up as outsiders can see it but dumb naive crush has noooo idea. I don't like it. Confess or get out of the kitchen.
