They have to put them up to stop ppl from desirescans from uploading over them. If you want someone to be mad at, be mad at desirescans. They suck and constantly upload over everyone on the site just to promote their phishing scam website. It's incredibly annoying that they haven't been permanently deleted yet when they're literally promoting a scam
never liked them either but it's necessary right now. it's actually an advantage that they even label those chapters with PH so you'll know at a glance not to open them and come back at a later date
No they cant unless you want to read an Ai translated work by a scan who promotes a scam website
