I mean, he got raped first but after he found out that he became an S class guide knowing it's because he slept with the twins, he used that rape reason to use them both. But now that he's like avoiding them, he's accepted that he'll become a low ranking guide once again because he doesn't want to keep in deceiving the twins like that.
