There's already an answer but I think you should just try reading it. From my point of view it breaks many rules of the genre, a bit wild and you should read it without fuss (it's really funny and as the chapters passes it's getting ''mores erious'' without changing the theme pf the story)

Yes I also didn't thought that is was so unique at first before reading it. Are you by any chance refering to "Fucked by my best friend" (I know but didn't read, it's only smut) ?? There is lots of issues but they're slowly, very slowly being clearing up. As far as the story is, the author didn't introduce transphobia and maybe homophobia may occurs but I don't think it will (like, Chani just don't like guys in general it's not just him, and I don't think homophobia is the goal in there, otherwise the story just have happened)

This started out pretty shallow at first but is shaping up to be a pretty good read. The story has plot and engages the viewers. The characters have their flaws but at the same time are likeable/loveable. The author does a great job in making you root for them

Thank you and yes I was referring to "Fucked By my best friend" I was reading the first chapter and I low-key found it interesting before the transformation happened. After that I didn't really want to read it cuz I didn't even know if it counted as yaoi. Anyways, back to the real story. I finished it yesterday but sorry I was not able to reply because it was already late at night and I was sleepy. Tbh when I was reading the whole thing I felt entertained but also annoyed at some point. I get it that both of there personality is basically opposite but I feel like the concept had so much more potential then this. Even though I do think that the characters are fine and have their own unique personality traits I don't think it is best fit for the story. I feel like the characters are surpassing the concept which is a good hook and that is what makes me a little annoyed. Apart from that, I could also slowly see them progress and maybe change a bit. I understand your pov and I didn't think like this while reading. For me the concept is already pretty far and fair pushed enough to make the story progress but not TOO much. I started reading when it had like 20 chapters and if a remember correctly it has only smut this far (no feeling or the beginnig of them) so having them kissing was Σ(っ°Д °;)っ(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ ... And the slow burn concept is a really good point it makes it feel a bit more "realistic". And I want to see their slow progress too and maybe later relationship ? Thank to you too ^v^*

Thank youuu and tbh I do get what you feel since I just read the story like a flash and I was a bit annoyed since they were like yelling and screaming and fighting for half of the chapters. So, the kiss part didn't really do much to me. But, I get that when you are reading it after you were following the story and were waiting for it... yeah it must have it hard. And I think that you misunderstood a bit by what I mean by concept. I was referring to the transformation (Chani becoming a trans) not really slow burn. I mean the slow burn is indeed burning the shit out of me. And I also agree with you that it is a bit more "Realistic" and relatable at some point. Plus, as someone who usually only reads modern yaoi (ig?) I have never seen a fuck boy like chani... like I have seen characters who are fuck boys but like they know that they are interested in both or just gay. So, seeing Chani was like whole new level of experience for meh. Tbh, Idk if Chani knows the concept of "Biased Bisexuality". For me I didn't know any characters who yell, scream and fight THIS much with each other in another story and tbh I like it a bit (not like you). But I also understand you, the reading experience really depends on when you discover the story anyway so it can't be blame or whatever (plus if I understood it right you'll continue to follow them ^^)

Yes the age gap is something quite common in many yaoi so I agree with you, but as for me I don't think I read THAT many yaoi with a gap age, so I am particulary also aware of this while reading and, like you said we can tell the difference especially when chani says that "seokjun is too young and he has no experience in relationship so he's confused" (something like that)
It's true that in yaoi the bisexuality isn't so often depicted now that I realise it, so I'm glad that you found someone you can relate to (⌒▽⌒)
