The twins were born like that. Grayson's eyes were always purple, his eyes were open when Ash first saw him. And it looks like the author retcons that Larien was born like that too, or did she just forgot that she wasn't? Don't know.
But at least Nathaniel's and Chase's ( and actually Larien) should have been blue. Iirc in the Kiss me if you can manhwa adaption, the flashback of Chase as a child, he wasn't manifested back then, don't know why they gave him purple eyes instead of blue ones.

Honestly I think ZIG just never really fleshed out their worldbuilding and kind of does a “fuck it we ball” with their omegaverse , there are so many inconsistencies between novel adaptions, doesnt help that the only legal license of them (with kiss me liar/kiss me if you can) have been with wordexcerpt and even those they lost the licenses to, so now all we got are a bunch of different translations, and I can’t read korean and MTL is a hit or miss in its own way that cant carry nuisances over.
Its been a minute since ive read the novel - but off the bat I just want to say it is interesting they had the twins be with Grayson when he was talking to the tarot card lady, as far as its specified, he was alone when he did this, and then met with the twins after. Maybe its a translation difference.
Also, HOLY FUCK KOI (Graysons birth parent) REVEAL ALREADY????????? I hope he looks older when we see him in the present because he still looks very young at that flashback, but canonically he should be around mid to late 50s, since he only got pregnant with the first son when he was 28/29.
