Yh this seems unlikely the sisters behind it she seemed more like she just wanted out of her brother and parents life than coming up with something this elaborate. Probably ML was like obsessed with MC sisters and did this shit behind her back
Why do you say "MC is an asshole"? What exactly did he do?
Well from what we've seen from the story so far he is overall not kind to the people around him. Even his one friend who is looking for him, he acted aloof and uncaring to him. Also, I could be remembering wrong but the story made it sound like he convinced his parents to pay for his college exams instead of his sisters schooling. I'm rooting for him and want him to get out and become a better person, but the story to me is painting him as sort of a jerk. Maybe to make the audience think he deserves this, but that narrative never works on me. I'm hoping he'll have character development and treat the people around him kinder. Sorry for the long paragraph lol.
I know we're supposed to believe that MCs sister put ML up to this but surely the texts about "taking care of him" and stuff is referring to the cat right? I know the sister hates him but I highly doubt she has anything to do with this. We already know ML is nuts and has seen MC around in the past, so im assuming this is all his own plan. Even though MC is an asshole, I still feel terrible for him. It's sort of refreshing to see a psychological done so well, in the sense that we see how this is affecting MCs psyche. Very excited to see where this will go!
