The tarot reader was same who predicted for Kieth. Actually the manhwa skipped few part. In the novel, Grayson first get to knw abt this first fortune teller that she is pretty good and had predicted for Kieth that he is gonna loose something imp to him, but Grayson ignored as he has met lots of fortune teller but all were wrong. Later Grayson heard the news that Yeonwoo has left Kieth that when he contacted the fortune teller again. And in the novel when he met the fortune teller, the twins weren't with him.

Well if you want u cn read it but its not necessarily important to knw their story to continue this one. Yes ofcourse knowing the story will always come in handy. They won't be appearing that much just a bit of cameos
