Ok so basically, during the dinner with Yohans family Kangjun sat at the table and pushed Yohan to do the same, he thought he was helping Yohan because Kangjun got upset with how poorly Yohan was treated by his family. Yohan however simply felt humiliated by this and got upset (fair tbh, its not Kangjuns place to do that) and so Yohan (this time not fairly) assaults Kangjun, shoving his face into his crotch and biting him until he bleeds, Kangjun hits him over the head and runs to which Yohan tells him that if he leaves things will be over between them but Kangjun leaves anyways. Yohan is now both trying to socially ostracize Kangjun as revenge for leaving him, but is also still obsessed with him and therefore gets extremely jealous when someone else is nice to Kangjun. Thats why hes being petty.
