Actually are there even any stories like that where a second ML shows up and steps up to be a dad/husband/proper spouse?? At the moment I can only think of "Our Sunny Days."

I would love to find stories like this! I think I saw something similar in a manga once but I don’t know any manhwa with that kind of storyline.
Why did he call MC’s ex? Why did he think it was okay to even let MC hear the voice message when it’s clearly something that would upset him?
