She truly is a fluffball based on the real fluffball, the Korean crow-tit, one of the tits I'm fond of (pun intended)

Web search images have a good collection of a cute pair of great tits

She looks more like a Japanese Shima Enaga to me (=・ω・=)

Appearance Korean crow-tit: Grayish-brown with distinct brown or chestnut markings, pale cheeks, and a dark eye-line.
Appearance Shima Enaga: Almost entirely stark white (especially the head) with a smooth snowball-like appearance and jet-black eyes.

*BTW There's lots of misinformation about that long-tailed tilt.

Korean crow-tit real name is baepsae, and is often mistaken with the Shima Enaga. If you web search baepsae, you actually find the band group BTS. You have to search for Korean Parrotbill. The white variations are Shima Enaga, but they are migratory birds, often found throughout Eurasia.

Best to web search their scientific name.
Scientific name of Shima Enaga: Aegithalos caudatus
Scientific name of Korean crow-tit: Sinosuthora webbiana

** "The viral photos that circulate online are almost always the Shima Enaga. Because they look so similar to their Korean cousins when photographed from the front, internet searches often mix them up"

Thank you for the detailed information! I'm glad you cleared up the misinfo because all this time I thought of the Shima Enaga as the crow-tit, partly due to my own previous personal misinterpretation of calling this bird snow tit because snow rhymes with crow (don't know if that makes sense) and images often showed this bird with snowy backgrounds.

So the actual Korean crow tit is a greyish brownie cutie
