Same doubt!! I thought his wish was to feel nothing I mean there's a flashback of Haon wishing to not feel anything anymore! What happened???
My theory, its because Ha-on forgot about it and if he forgotten the vow then the wish will not take on effect.
Remember how their baby dragon finally hatches? Didn't Ha-on said that he wish the egg would not hatch? But then it hatches after their reunion with ML? Its cause Ha-on forgot about it. And his present life, deep down he wanted the egg to hatch, unconsciously wishing it to be born and it was a success.

What I meant was that I THOUGHT the wish the dragon granted for Haon was not to feel anything
The flashback was Haon asking for it so I thought that dark spirits did that ...but when I saw he's waiting for the wish from the dragon, and since this one refused to granted him the returned to his home, I started to think this was the wish Haon ask for
Ion think so cuz he didnt "wish" smth like that for the baby dragon like he did w the ml
The baby simply didn't hatched before cuz it could hear that his mother didn't wanted him, so the baby dragon didn't hatched until uke started to want it
While the case w seme is that he has bound the promise that even heaven's can't break it so it's obvious they might have not seen eo for that lifetime but the seme did waited for uke in every lifetime so I'm confused if the power got reduce over time or did the seme break through it in some another life of uke cuz it's impossible to reverse it unless u sacrifice smth (I mean that's in most of the story plot cases)
How is he able to meet him/see him in present then (can I have some spoilers pls)
