i think the “unsettled things” the ML is saying probably relates to why FL was in the hospital. in this recent chapter she sees her past self on the news in which she doesn’t recall. I’m guessing the ML caused an accident involving the FL, but I hope nothing too serious. He definitely feels guilty which is why he wants to become closer to FL, this made him catch reallll feelings.
