Guys, what if they weren't a thing yet when he was 15... although I don't think that makes anything better since they saw e/o at that age.
Plus, re: his attitude about Muhan, was it not his past self's feelings towards the guy? Since he can't explain it himself why he feels anger upon seeing him. I'm thinking when they got together before (hopefully when Muhan's at the right age), I'm assuming the guy chose to leave MC (for his own reasons - which involves the curse) instead of staying. Since he's a noble and stuff yada yada they can't stay together unless Muhan did something drastic ╮(￣▽￣)╭
