Psychos born with a cracked mind, you can't create a psycho with just this "bad" parenting, his mom is an attention whore who is not a strong figure actually and his father is just a coward instead of being abusive
Mom's a psycho enabler, and Dad's a coward. No wonder Okaya turned out the way he did. I don't like him, but I can't help feeling bad for him because his parents (especially his mom) are the reason he's the way he is now.
