I thing they explain the reason why Grayson is always smiling is because he is sociopath/psychopath, they explained that most dominant alpha are either sociopath or psychopath because of their extremely high pheromones level, because of it they always think they're above everyone else
There’s a lot of context readers are missing from this and it’s going really fast/missing some important scenes already (〜￣△￣)〜
The scene with the twins is way more horrific in the novel and why Grayson is smiling all the time is explained better. I hope the manhwa readers get more context in later chapters!
