New law, in the country it is being published in. A lot of Asian countries have recently passed laws stating that kissing and sex can no longer be visible. And genitals are a HUGE no no...but oddly enough, women's boobs can still be front and present (insert eye roll here)! -Even if the webcomic/manga/manwha/whatever is rated 18+
