Unless you rated or tagged them you won't get them back

Much was restored. But unfortunately, the disk that held our lists was irreparable. MGOs developers worked hard, but, alas, they were only able to retrieve your books if you rated or tagged them. Those that were able to be recovered were sent to your Already Read list. You'll have to sort that list as you start to rebuild all your lists.
