I also don't know if it's popular opinion or not but the thing is, it's a fact. Mangas just have their own way of expression and it's always something more. That's why I too like to read bl mangas when I want to have a fulfilling experience.
idk if this is an unpopular opinion or what but i’ve always liked bl mangas more than bl manwhas or manhuas—whatever art or topic, authors always doing an great job at showing struggles of sensitive topics like rape, depression or being gay in society, it’s feeling so sincere as if you are living the story with that characters
