I think lot of characters are her past lovers (including beom) so her celestial is most likely her true love(my bet is kiddo, white hair one)
oh yes yes, definitely. i'm personally rooting for beom because he's sooooo my type and the little tidbit with jio in the earlier chapters where she was like "if only" to the memory of beom and she's holding flowers or something along those lines. plus the celestial looks uncanny like him to me (=・ω・=)

her celestial is just so beom coded. he's there in every life. winter from the tower scenario, the woman is so obviously jio in that other life.
i know i can just read the novel if i wanna find out but for this particular one, i'm too enamoured with the art style so i'll stick here for a while before binging the novel haha
