Except that Yuu is not a real child, and not based on someone in real life.
Our brains can’t make entirely new faces without inspiration. Many actors, authors and artists use real life people as a reference for their work. I really doubt the author did not have real children as a reference for Yuu.

When children in manga are based off of REAL children in REAL life it really blurs the line… just search up what happened with Pragmata maybe that’ll open your guy’s pdf eyes…
