Yes its the same universe, theres a lot of mentions of lloyd in the story and theres a few easter egg in the story related to tged (=・ω・=) since mc has silver hair and eye similar to javier i love to speculate that javier and lloyd descendants somehow get married and thats why mc look like that lolol

Its good yes, but try not to compare it to greatest estate developer too much or youll ruin the story for you. Id recommend to read this 10/10
