no he’s dominant all round, he is tall because his biological father was tall and he’s buff because after he presented at 14 he didn’t want to be a weak omega who could easily be taken advantage of, it’s part of why he joined the military as soon as he was old enough and has stayed buff ever since, and because he has perfect control over his pheromones and also his heat cycle as a result of being a dominant, he never had to worry about being found out in the military
