Yeonwoo and Keith does have two children in their novel (they have 4 books iirc). And the fortune teller superstitions for keith isn't refer to the one when yeonwoo lost his memories, it's far more in the future. DMIYC timeline is set even after Chase & Josh having 2 kids, correct me if im wrong
They actually clubbed 3 different days in one in the manwha. The fortune teller mentioned that Kieth will face biggest hardship of his life. It was Grayson guess that it probably must be Yeonwoo or his two children so its years later after Yeonwoo amnesia part. But since Grayson thought that's impossible so he ignored the fortune teller thinking she is fake.
Late after 1 month something did happen to kieth and that's when Grayson contacted the fortune teller again. They didn't specify in the novel wht exactly happened to kieth. But later in Grayson's story Yeonwoo and Kieth were still together so it must be something else. Author knows the best.
