There is a lot of growth, and also if you read Desire me if you can Novel you will have such a perspective change it's insane, I also started with the hate and never liking Grayson, Chase was my fav character too but when I started reading Grayson grew on me sm it was insane like I fell in love hard like so hard. And btw Grayson actions are all explained and justified in the Novel even after reading it if u don't like him it's fine but do give it a try u will definitely love Grayson.

These are taken from other comments but basically nothing really happened with the dog. Grayson is dumb asf, his idea of helping someone ending up creating mental toture, his thinking process is so stupid omg. the dog thing he made a joke and didn't clarify and chase took it as truth when he woke up and saw the dog and thought he slept with one but he didnt cuz he passed out. Grayson just never told him his thinking was wrong and let him believe he did sleep with a dog.
I'm willing to give him a chance because when I first saw him I thought he was gonna be one of my fav characters I was so dissappointed he was such an asshole so if he's not I will actually love him fr this time.
You def should, Grayson became my favorite miller because of how cute and adorable he is. He is just such a great character with growth and Dane also grows with Grayson they both complete each other
I'm a big fan of ZIG and absolutely screamed when I saw this new work of hers. But... is that the same Grayson who almost made his brother fuck a dog? I don't think I want to read anything he's the protagonist to
