It’s really just victim blaming if you think about it… the Mc is young a older guy with money and kindness shows him he can be cared for can be given nice things with nothing in return and the Mc sees it as romantic instead of a older parental figure helping him because he’s never had a parent figure before it happens all the time in real life and it’s fucking horrible
Ofc people on here are all childish pick me’s. What did i expect . Zero empathy and the mindset of “i would do it different!! Im different!! Im strong and i wouldnt do what mc did!!” Yea yea yea because you all know what it’s like to be poor, abandoned by foster parents and an orphan? It’s always priviliged people talking shit when they never in their life experienced a single hardship. Someone who doesn’t know what love is will do stupid choices. He’s young, vulnerable, has barely any friends or none at all and had no parental figures but yes he’s supposed to be confident and strong and know his worth. Personally, as someone who has empathy, i feel very sad that he’s in this situation and that the real adults in his life (ML, his friend etc) haven’t been guiding him well at all. You think money is going to solve the emptiness in his heart? You should’ve expected MC to fall for ML’s kindness, but that’s when he should have drawn a CLEAR LINE if he wasn’t interested, and ML clearly failed to do that. Idk what the best solution for this situation is but I don’t think he’s in the right mindset to be a parent so logically abortion would be the best choice. But maybe he thinks that at least I have a child who will love me” which wouldn’t be good as it would be emotionally draining for the kid… whatever it’s BL and we all know ML is gonna fold and chase the MC. Just hope that he can find confidence in himself as he grows older and to learn how to regulate & handle his emotions via what would be logical.
