RIGHT? i mean, the finale is... whatever. Can't say I hate it, because it got really sweet at the end, but this is not even BJ Alex level of chasing arc, and JK did worse things to KD compared to the couple from that manhwa (though I accepted it, I will forever be pissed that JK did not apologize for letting Heesung see them fuck, and that KD is still unaware of that). BUT! when did KD hurt JK? that part ruined what I already considered a rushed and safe ending. And JK's parting words doesn't really make sense too... "I'll fight for you"? You're fighting in the MMA for KD? someone explain that to me coz it sounded really cringe.
Yeah, should have been something like ”I won’t fight for validation, you taught me I don’t need it. Now, I’ll fight because I enjoy the sport.” Or smth
dafug when has Kim Dan ever hurt Jae Kyung?? ngl this ending doesnt sit well w me at all, too rushed, could have been more chapters, w a little more talking, more self-reflection or some more chasing, redemption arc is hardly there lol, regardless of whether there are side stories or not
