It's sort of both actually haha. Grayson doesn't process or understand emotions the same way as others on account of his dominant genes that impact his brain basically. However there is also the whole he is a Miller child who can have anything and has been given a lot easily because his parents want to keep him busy. And it's not that he has never been told no, but that he's never actually been explained why he shouldn't do something bad and his lack of emotional understanding has just made that worse. When he poisoned his omega father, he was just beaten and not really explained anything. When he bullied (tried to "help") his brother Chase, he was either beaten or just never explained why tormenting his brother wasn't actually helpful. So yeah Grayson isn't a mastermind of shit because he runs on instinct and has never really faced hardship or really understood why he shouldn't make his life difficult by messing with other people. But he definitely can be cruel and manipulative on account that he doesn't understand why someone would be hurt by his actions.

At the most basic level yes. His omega father was not all that present with his kids because of the aforementioned poisoning (their alpha father separated them to protect his mate). His alpha father basically fried his brain self-harming by not releasing his pheromones, making him numb to anything but his mate. So Grayson's alpha father wasn't all that attached to his children and he disciplined them harshly, but did not know how to really approach them because he couldn't understand them at an emotional or psychological level. Which was made worse bc Grayson also couldn't understand emotions or normal human behavior, much like his other siblings who also struggle to live normal lives because their mentalities are not normal. If I remember correctly, one of Grayson's sisters basically runs a cult of omegas and is wanted by the police but obviously she's protected by her father because they care about each other as family, but they aren't normal about it enough to not hurt each other either.

Dang, thanks for the info! I just read some of bliss’ novel. It’s interesting that he seems to favor the youngest child because he’s the only omega and looks the most like koi. He seemed cold and strict with the other kids but was pretty sweet to Bliss even before finding out his trait

I think the parents only really protected Bliss. Chase was separated from his siblings through his acting work, but he was still raised alongside his siblings and his siblings still have easy access to Chase as adults. On the other hand, Bliss was sent away earlier to make sure he wasn't hurt and has less contact with his siblings.

Grayson was barely 10 yr old ig. Grayson used to be a very curious child, his curiosity was more because unable to understand things. Koi due to some accident lost his sense of smell and taste. Ash used to be over concerned abt that fact in front of the children. Like he always taste the food first n things like tht. So grayson and stacy got curious why Ash do that as they never explained koi condition to children. They wanted to check if he actually can't taste anything. So he put detergent in his food when Ash wasn't there to check if he actually can't taste anything.

Grayson and Stacy couldn't understand anything when koi was struggling but Nathaniel was also there who able to understand what's goin on but he didn't do anything to stop grayson either. Ash came and saved koi and choked Grayson almost to death. Koi begged to spare that child life. Wht amused me that he punished Grayson only but didn't say anything to Nathaniel or Stacy.

Kieth, Ashley and Chase were all manifested late so they were basically normal and weren't affected by the Pheromones. They were absolutely normal with full understanding of emotions and sane decision makin capabilities.

Nathaniel was early manifested. So he was emotionless but was able to understand everything

Grayson and stacy were born dom Alphas that's why there system is completely broken and they have no sense of anything. They are just a hollow body in simple terms
