It's called cauliflower ear! It's a common thing for mma fighters to have from getting hit so constantly on the ears.
The trauma causes the ear to fill up with fluid which can only be drained manually but most fighters choose not to drain it since it happens so often and they see it as a badge of honour :)
It's called coliflor ears. It's almost normal in that world. Even you can have it if a ear piercing went wrong. (⊙…⊙ ) I hate those ears from day one.
It's common for people in combat sports. It's due to blood pooling into that area from constantly getting hit
