Smhw I imagined he got scolded by an embarassed Sakura for calling him 'Haruka' in public. After all, Sakura's classmates went into uproar once they heard Momijakawa was the firs one to call Sakura with first name and not them. Maybe after that Sakura and Momijikawa made a deal just to use the first name basis between themselves only. That would be super cute tho lmaoo
