say what you like but with the way she’s acting it’s unsurprising that the ML feels indifferent towards her, despite how she truly feels she outwardly acts bratty, viciously and is a hassle to look after, and need I remind you the FL is trying to seduce an ML that is already engaged to that bitch of a princess you’re talking about, the same princess who’s father was stolen by the FL’s mother, I quite feel for Thalis as a reader but putting myself in the shoes and perspective of the characters there I wouldn’t like her either
I understand your perspective, and honestly I can see why the princess and prince would find Thalia difficult to deal with. Looking at things from their point of view, her behavior can definitely come across as bratty, hostile, and troublesome.However, what I find unfair is that they judge Thalia almost entirely based on who her mother is rather than who she is as a person. The affair wasn't Thalia's choice. She didn't ask to be placed into that situation, nor did she have any control over her mother's actions. Yet she's treated as if she's personally responsible for them.
A lot of Thalia's behavior stems from neglect, mistrust, and the need to protect herself. She's a child who grew up craving affection and warmth, first from her mother and later from the ML who she found out got engaged with the person that's tormenting her. Her attitude isn't admirable, but it's understandable. It's a defense mechanism rather than proof that she's inherently malicious.What also frustrates me is that whenever Thalia does something, the princess and prince seem determined to interpret it in the worst possible way. Instead of trying to understand why she acts the way she does, they've already decided she's nothing more than the daughter of a woman they hate. They've put a label on her and rarely look beyond it. And ,I don't understand on what you mean by "Seduce" the ML. She's clearly crying herself out and throwing tantrum and etc if I could rephrase it, it's more like despairing and she also wants to kill him and everyone, that isn't seducing but despair.That Palace, molded Thalia on what she is now, The princess and prince pushed her to her despair, her mother dropped her into an abyss, the ML gave her false warmth and the world turns away their back on her.
So while I understand why the characters dislike Thalia, I personally find it much easier to sympathize with her. She's not innocent in every situation, but she's also a victim of circumstances created by the adults around her. My point is, if it's because their father is seduced by Thalia's mother, why hate and put the blame on Thalia and not the mother? Are they dumb? Pathetic. And also the ML, why I hate him? First is his indifference, I understand this a bit and second his blind obedience to the crown, third, his actions that he knows hurting Thalia, I think I'm sure he already knows she likes him and yet he kept bringing light to her then trample on that light in a cycle.
Anyway, I'm not trying to start a fight or change your opinion. I just wanted to share why I see her differently.
She is literally trying to get them to hate her more. She stated that she gave up on trying to get anyone to like her and the only opinion she cares for is Ml's. Also he is very much inlove with her so theres no reason to seduce him, even the bitch princess acknowleges in the last chapter that he only has eyes for thalia
