I agree...
I'd recommend The one inside the villainess (a tamer one), Im the fated villain (he's a machinating one) and Reverend insanity (a wilder one) for more morally black characters. But be advised... Reverend insanity is... brutal... to the point the novel was almost canceled over how heavy and gory it is. This one is sweet and light as cotton candy compared to that one... but those 3 are my top picks for morally black.
Yeah that's them. I didn't read that one... but the novel of Reverend I had to stop at times because of the gore too...
Honestly the chinese comics don't make justice to the novels. They tend to add fanservice that wasn't mentioned in them (like the oversexualized clothes) and the storyboarding and pacing feels a bit jumpy. However... despite the novels tending to be more melodramatic... I feel they have a bigger variety in genres... they do have their preferred clichés just like the kr and jp ones... but because we got too used to the clichés of those 2 theirs feel interesting after everything starts to look similar...
So yeah... I recommend givin a chance even if most people avoid manhuas...

Its hard to find morally black characters, so thank you for this. Love how jorga is being tainted by anri and is proactive in the revenge plan. Slay submissive king
