Yeodan starts becoming more possessive and it bothers him cus it’s unlike himself, he distances himself and asks for time to sort out is thoughts
-dan-I now feels like she can proudly tell Lucas WHY she likes Yeodan and decided to date him, but he hits w the uno reverse: “Actually you don’t need any reason to like someone, that’s the whole point. You should just like them, there shouldn’t be a reason.” So now she’s confused and he hits her with the coup de grace “think about whether you truly like or just don’t dislike him.”
-they break up lol, but it’s an amicable breakup, a mature one, no hard feelings. Yeodan says that he hates the him that wants to shrink her world (cus he’s jealous of her male friends, mostly chunyoung), and that he doesn’t want to give her someone that he hates. He says that if he asked her to keep her distance from Chunyoung, she’d do it and that’s the problem cus then he’d want to ask her to.
So basically dan-I says: I’m sorry for dating you even though I didn’t like you, I just didn’t dislike you and I felt like it would make no sense to not date someone perfect like you. She phrased it better than me lol. (Also her decision to date him might have stemmed from her thought that no one in this world could choose her when there’s yeoryeong next to her, except for Yeoreyong’s brother).
Yeodan says that she doesn’t have to feel bad because the only problem was that they didn’t like each other at the same time (she told him about her past middle schooo crush on him).
Very bittersweet ending for them
I haven't read this since high school can some enlightenment me why and how dani and yeodan dated and how and why they broke up???
