iirc, mc is trying to portray a good no trouble child and his parents are well-off but not rich. In fact, I rhink they are the "average?" ones in the neighborhood they're in. But it could just be for the plot lol. Also, I think mc's parents wanted him to get along with Yohan cause of Yohan's family influence. That's what I rmb but I could be wrong, updates are slow and I didn't reread.
