I mean he lowkey does evil things with (sorta?) good intentions, but he just appears worse in Chase’s perspective (others perceive him as annoying)

He's not entirely an asshole, he's js is cuz Chase is very sensitive and dumb, he perceives things way worse than it actually was.

But the dog thing tho..that's really f*cked up

It really was, but the one truly at fault for that incident was their parents. The truth to Grayson's action was he js wanted to stop Chase from hurting himself by constantly getting himself injected(which is bad for his body), and in a way he used his dog and lied to Chase, not knowing Chase would find it utterly disgusting (which it is indeed disgusting). But their parents should honestly have regulated Grayson more with the way he speaks so out of pocket even though he has good intentions.
