This is getting ridiculous now...

A society where they hadn't even invented primitive microscopes yet, and still relied on "medicine balls" coated in silver and astrology. Yet I'm supposed to believe that in such a short time, everyone got educated enough about modern medicine to fully understand all the modern medicinal language our MC is using? Not only that, but that basically a medieval blacksmith was able to fully and accurately reproduce modern surgical tools that require our modern computerized machines to make?

I thought this manga was going to be about the MC applying his modern knowledge to the limited possibilities in a medieval-ish world. But nope, he's now just straight up bringing modern medicine and tools into that world like it's nothing, "because reasons". I hate it when manga do this. No creativity within the confines of the world they themselves created. Just straight up laziness, bringing modern stuff into their worlds when it makes no sense at all.

yea honestly the time periods dont match up especially with the surgery talk i feel like everyone is grasping this extremely foreign knowledge too quickly and without any proper buildup (chemistry, basic science, etc.) but whatever i still fw the manga it just feels like there was less thought put into the actual plot and more just into the research / medical fact accuracy

Yea it feels like the author might have studied to become a surgeon or some kind of medical doctor, but failed to get a job in the field for whatever reason, and wrote this story instead.

Doesn't have to be a bad thing. Like how the author of "Infinite Mage" clearly is a physics nerd. Except you can tell he really thought about how to believably integrate real concepts in phycis like how photons/energy work and even string theory, into a magic system.

oo i gotta add infinite mage to my list but yea. i dont hate the concept or even the cliche overpowered mc but its just the fact the plot was sacrificed and sometimes it feels more like a textbook with some underlying plot. i love series where u can tell the author is passionate about a subject but thats only when the author is... like.. an author..

    Yup, exactly that.

Also I would check out korean webtoons in general. They're full color, and there's some really good ones among them. (Most of them are "traveled back in time/gained an OP power" type stories though. :P)

yea, ive been looking for more series where the mc was knowledgable in something before they got isekaied (the greatest estate developer, chefs, etc.) but a lot lean too far into one aspect that it makes the series bad
