yes, pushy and a rapist. U can go and read chapter 15 again. trying to have sex with someone who is clearly drunk is rape. if juhyeok didnt punch him he wouldve had no problem going all the way him while he was intoxicated

I did read chapter 15. Rape is the penetration without consent. TJ did take advantage of him whilst he was vulnerable, i won’t deny, but there was no penetration. You cannot call someone who didn’t complete the act a rapist. Stop throwing that word around. SMH KMT.

an attempted rapist is still a rapist & arguing these semantics is weird on ur part. do u think these distinctions matter when it comes to sex offenders? i dont think any rapist should have the privilege of not being called one just because their victim fought back and managed to stop them. TJ gave up when he realized juhyeok wouldnt be an easy victim. a man who could, would, and tried to rape someone is a rapist regardless of whether they "complete the act" or not. penetration only matters in a legal setting.

I literally do not know what to tell you. I’m not trying to defend him in any way or “argue these semantics”. By law AND by basic definition he is NOT a rapist. You can call him an attempted rapist or whatever tf you choose. But I’ve seen so many cases where people throw the term rapist at people who AREN’T rapists. you need to stop throwing the word rapist around when he, BY LEGAL AND GENERAL DEFINITION, isn’t one. You’re letting your emotions define the term for you which, in any case, shouldn’t really be a subjective matter.
