That's because emilia doesn't remember about the first timeline and that Francois hurt her . I think she didn't notice that Liliana is avoiding him but just don't wanna take bitter medicine. She is just worry about her lil sister that's why she is forcing medicine even tho she doesn't likes it and is uncomfortable .
