Both are insane but I believe doohon's pov is real cause yuwon's pov is pretty unreliable cause he has mental issues

omg i really wish the author will do a finale note talking about which mental conditions she kind of used as reference when creating the characters’ personas. I’m curious but she has to do it in a way that doesn’t stigmatise the mentally ill ofc

But I think yuwon has ptsd from bullying which is why he creates fake scenarios, fake memories as coping mechanism.... Small amounts are normal but for him he completely erased his past memories and rewrote the fake one and kept believing it's real which is not normal... It's Indication of serious mental issues... Not to mention he also hallucinated his co worker head in the pot, hallucinated him talking to him when he was never there which highlights the severity....
As for doohon ig he portrays borderline psychopathy behaviour... I mean since childhood he never felt any emotions, from his pov he doesn't even view anyone as humans... I think yuwon saving him created a spark in him.... He believes yuwon is same as him and a fragile deer that needs to be protected... that's why from his pov only yuwon looks like an actual person thus developing and extreme obsession towards him
. His condition worsened bc of his asshole family. Since he never got to see what proper love and care looks like he began to believe possessing, locking up, isolation is only way u can show ur love care...
Both have serious issues lmao I m really scared for the ending I hope author gives proper closure
