Also, based on the novel, there are many women tried to imitate/pretend to be Paula (as well as imitate her voice), hence, he didn't rely to the voice anymore or he's being cautious.
That makes sense, but I still want to punch him. Idk, he just makes me mad bc he's done so many annoying things and they'll probably never make him apologize and make up for it since he had trauma and they're amounting every bad action he does to that
For a supposedly loving ml, it's quite disappointing that he doesn't recognize the voice of his literal fucking savior. Sighhh, even tho I'll inevitably like him since he's the ml, he pisses me off. I hope he feels great suffering for the way he treated her when they reunited (especially the first meeting when she got hit by a wooden clock that literally could've killed her). Although, I know the most he'll ever do is say sorry since the women in these stories are always pushovers when it comes to them.
