I lost a doggo a couple years ago and it broke my heart for her to go and took a while to get back up from her loss.Now I have my doggo Chelsea who's gotten older and might only have a good 3 ish years left with me. (Bigger dogs age faster sadly )
The best thing you and your pupper can do is to love each other as much as possible. They might be only a 'small' part of your life but you are their whole world. It will be difficult saying goodbye. Hopefully the memories you two made together will be forever :))
