Good art, good fantasy world with very logical rules, fine story BUT terrible storytelling, seems like the author could not decide if it wanted it to be light hearted or serious so they chose both at the same time and it feels like a senseless rapsody, did plenty of telling instead of showing, they couldn't decide what their own next steps would be so instead they decided to tell us and then make it all be the protagonists thoughts, wich is incredibly different than an "unreliable narrator" because they allowed nothing to be left to interpretation, instead deciding to "tell" us everything. At some point you cannot keep logical track of what the princess knows vs what the reader knows because it seems that when WE are explained somenthing, she "hears" it as well and it is confusing. Again, author could not pick an atmosphere, story, reasoning or character characteristics/development and stick to them. Very frustrating reading over all, I will not read again.
