I didn't really read the whole novel and only started from the part where the MC rescued the orphanage. But later on, I noticed that there were a lot of stories that the manhwa didn't show, like the tutor and some other scenes. I'm still at the part where the MC just met Mrs. Toten, but even in those few chapters, there are already a lot of skipped parts that I think were important to the original story or at least really interesting to see.
Maybe I just didn't read the manhwa carefully enough, I don't know. But I do hope they don't skip too many important or interesting scenes in the future.
One thing I was really curious about was the scene where the MC eats with the Count. I feel like that would've been more important for the story. Will that be shown later on, or was it completely skipped? (This is only in my opinion since the count has a favor for the mc that I think is important, that if this would be ever seen in the next few chapters there’s an explanation as to why the mc would be acting like that. But I myself still haven’t read that part in the novel so let’s see what happens)
I'm also a bit sad that there are some characters the manhwa didn't include. They're not really important, so I understand why they were left out, but it makes reading the novel a little confusing because sometimes I have no idea who the novel is talking about.
BUT I STILL LOVE THE MANHWA!!
They did such a great job with the visuals. You can really feel the weird atmosphere of the story, and it brings the novel to life. The art is incredibly detailed and well done, and I absolutely love it. Aside from some skipped scenes and stories, it's usually very spot on to the original!
