The really interesting part is that the thing we saw crawl out of the uke wasn’t a foreign parasite, it was every tissue in his body besides the skin repurposed into some sort of living organism.
The actual parasite is probably microscopic, considering it gets transmitted through intercourse and can occupy something as small as a wasp.
It also seems to have a predefined life cycle: it starts gradually repurposing the victim’s internal organs while keeping them alive, then, once it’s ready to hatch, it induces heightened arousal in the victim to get it to have sex and pass eggs/larvae onto the next host. As soon as the act is complete, the victim disengages and walks away to look for a place to die and give birth to the parasite.
