The ML has no business acting like a puppy after denying, manipulating, abusing, kidnapping and raping the MC—and the MC’s thoughts on that are written in a very childlike and wattpad form. This story is lacking in aspects I can’t pinpoint with my sleepy brain—no continuity, no established climate, no consistency, the tension and and drama are so fucking empty and weak, then easily let go. It should be very easy to navigate and control this kind of story because there have been countless like this, but somehow the plot is still lost in the dark and feeling like a genre precedent. There had been instances when you feel like it’s going to get better and hook you (e.g. non-existent second ML crying and begging the MC; him running away and going back like a changed person; the MC being kidnapped) but then they’re let go by the story itself. It’s such a waste of artstyle. I hope someone gets me lol. TL;DR: it’s such a bad storytelling with nice artstyle.
