i kept reading expecting the story to actually develop and get past the whole rape rituals (which would be understandable in the cult context) but no. what a waste of plot lines
like the potential is there the story is very different from most manhwas, gijun being a world dwelling spirit due to sheer will, the chained god, even the dinamics between the two siblings but its RUINED by it being a fucking rape slop story i cant believe im saying this im usually the last person to complain abt rape in manhwas but surely it wasnt necessary to the extent we saw cmon I get whole abundance deal being obtained through sex but be fr rn the plot wouldve been much more captivating if it explored the psychological aspects of the cult mentality + the impact it had on father, also delving more into the deity maybe idk there are so many things to be explored but it simply wastes too much time on rape Likeee read it if you will but this author cant decide between writing an actually interesting manhwa or writing nonstop rape smut
