This is peak, I fear

I don’t know how I didn’t catch on how depressing this was going to be based on the title. I clearly went into this blind, and tbh, glad of it. I appreciate how every conflict was intentional to tell the story of how complex a human’s psyche is. I suffered and enjoyed this very much.

And Taehwan is such a patient, loving bf. Imperfect but so very patient. And I’m so very glad they grew. I had my doubts at 80% but it’s definitely worth finishing.

Did Minho get karma or at least suffered??
‘Cause if not I’m not continuing this…
He’s a rapist and I will hate it so much if all the shit he has done to Woojin would just be glossed over without punishment.

    To me that’s shitty writing.
How can an abuser be left unscathed?

Idk why I can’t find the comment to reply but, this is one of those stories that you either absolutely hate it or for some reason, enjoy it. I’m unfortunately, the latter.
You will not like it if you’re expecting a straightforward redemption arc or karma for Woojin and especially Minho. The story takes more time highlighting how hard it is for a victim to “leave” and that Woojin is as much of a victim to Minho as he is to his own mind. And how this affects Taehwan (I feel so soooo bad for him).

In summary this is can be a very triggering topic. Completely toxic. So take caution before continuing till the end. Cz the pay off feels bleak
