Honestly I'll take BL/gay subtext stories, too. Just don't recommend Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, I tried reading that years ago and thought it was boring as Hell.
I haven't personally read them yet but ppl are convinced on the Yuri subtext so who am I to say no :

Anyone have any recommendations for mangas with GL subtext/friendship between two female characters so intense it almost seems romantic?? Preferably a Japanese manga, with less than 50 chapters and a story that doesn't feature a romance with a man, but beggars can't be choosers, so I'll take anything, even manhwa/manhuas.
