There's more than 70% of people who are into reading all of this but won't accept it. The author and the publishers work based on demand and hence they supply that's the reason for it dispite being disturbing It's yet in the top most read manhwa. People are more likely into reading this and enjoy it as well than yoi might think. But again no one is going to accept that. Why? Cause that will make them the weirdo or freak or anything else but they actually enjoy reading it. Plenty of them ONLY enjoy reading such clue they find it interesting how all of this works and get curious about it and want to explore more. While some even wish to be in the seme's position and some even on the uke's position. And its not shocking honestly. Cause Plenty of these people try to appear normal and be normal but actually have hidden. desires. Hence that's how these stories are being made and easily published Cause of the demand for it

Back in my early yaoi days I once read a Chinese bl novel where the seme got mad because he thought the uke was cheating on him/lying to him…and then he stabbed his butthole with a knife/sword. The title is “Hua Hua You Long”. It’s on novel updates and there’s a manga adaptation under the same name. Just a warning…it’s graphic and has a lot of noncon stuff. I think they switch near the end? I remember seme offers himself up as repentance but I don’t remember if uke takes him up on it.
